After 15 years at a pack a day I've decided to quit smoking. Started on the patch yesterday. When I read the instructions it said you may experence vivid dreams?. Well last night I had nightmares all night,first time in 20 years for me,I very rarely dream. WTF? From a nicotine patch?
Once the burning felling subsides where I stick it on I think this thing really works!
T+ 28 hours and counting 🙂
 
Good for you. My brother just got off the patch. He did not report vivid dreams. I think it does help some but your will power is the most important.

Wow, the dreams thing is pretty weird. I've never heard that from anyone taking the patch, but good luck with quitting. Hope everything works out!!
 
That's pretty weird that a little patch can cause you to have nightmare's. But congrats on quitting smoking. It seems like a lot of people on here are quitting. Maybe I should look into quitting I don't know. Who knows maybe one of these days I will.
 
You go from smoking cigarettes to smoking patches.. I figure the material in that patch has gotta be worse than cigarettes 😉

Vivid dreams? Maybe it's acid! 🙂 Or perhaps it's some kind of commie or CIA technology that reprograms the mind. Could there be a schooling patch in the future?
 
An ex-girlfriend of mine used the patch and it worked for her. If SHE could stop smoking, I think anybody can. Good luck.
 
Wow - I haven't had a good sweaty nightmare in years. I suppose I will now have to take up smoking so that I can quit with the patch and have my share of nightmares too!
