Anyone tried to cool system with reversed IONSTORM?

I remember people using this tecnique a while back to cool their systems. Is there anyone out there that has continued using it?

Im going to buy a T-bird 700 & Abit KT7-RAID combo with two IBM 30GB 7200rpm hd in a midi-case. Im a bit worried about the heat in my system and wants to know if it might be a good idea to use an ionstorm2 with a reversed fan to blow hot air from the top 5.25" bay? Or is it better to blow cool air into the case instead?

Give me a piece of your mind on this one.

How about one of these? It's made for the purpose and I am told by someone who has one that it is powerful and quiet. Just make sure there would be some clearance above the top bay for it to draw air into its fans.
