Anyone tried the Zalman CNPS5100 CPU cooler?

The description of it indicates it's just as quiet on the low setting as the CPNS7000A is, but it's much smaller and would be perfect for ducting.

Read some reviews from some obscure sites and can't find anything about it on SPR (and haven't received a registration email from them to complete sign in to ask there), but wanted to know if anybody had tried it or read any really good reviews.
