Anyone tried Everspace yet?

It's actually pretty fun, it can get really hard at times bu dying is not the end of the game, you get to buy new perks and try again.
 
Dammit, it does look pretty and fun. Does it get repetitive? I get that it is like a 3D version of FTL, and I love that game --- but I suck at it and it comes off more casual.
 
I've been playing it since the late alpha and have been enjoying it. I backed it a year ago during the Kickstarter. The finished product will be really good if they finish fleshing it out as they've indicated.

I forgot that I had also backed this on kickstarter. Your post kinda jogged my memory so I decided to check my spam folder and there was an email with a steam key in it. I'm not a huge steam fan so I opted for gog instead.

I haven't played it yet but I did install it on my sons computer and he is loving it. He said it reminds him of FTL and he is a huge fan of that game.
