How hard is it/How are you studying for it? I'm just reviewing using a SAT II book, doing some practice tests... memorizing the equations. I heard we can't use a calculator on the test?? Let me know whats up. Thanks
Since I'm just taking AP this year, I'm going to skip it.
But it seems to follow the same pattern as the chem test, which I took last year. It's not hard compared to an AP test or class, just think about each problem as it comes, skip the ones you don't know, guess well.
You think I could learn enough physics for the November SATII? Carnegie Mellon engineering requires either Physcis or Chemistry SATII, and since my Chem is as bad as my spanish (The fact that i'm comparing the two should prove my point), I gotta take the physics. My math is pretty good, so I'm hoping it'll be alright (I havn't taken Physcis. I'm taking it this year for the first time, so I don't really know much)
anyone?? looking at the SAT II book, it looks pretty tough.... It also said a student should take AP Physics before taking this test, and I'm only 1 month into AP Physics. I did take Honors Physics beforehand though... Anyone have any insight on how hard it is?
No calculators. I took AP Physics last year and I'm taking the test this saturday. there's a lot of stuff that i never learned so i'm cramming that in 😉
When i took it i was into my first month of AP Physics and i'd previously taken Physics Honors. It's not bad at all from what I remember. I think i got a 740 on it. It's MUCH easier than the AP Physics C test ...but DUH ...i guess u could expect that. No really difficult math which is what makes the AP Test so hard.
