Anyone taking Political Science?

Not an undergrad.

Double major in Economics and Political Science.

What exactly do you want to do with PoliSci? It's a good idea to know what you are building towards ... as opposed to what many undergrads do - which is - take whatever looks interesting or what they think they like but find out it's too difficult to get into upper division or it's not for them or ....

PoliSci is a great major ... as long as you have a plan in mind or pair it up with something else like I did. Unless you plan on doing graduate work.

Just my opinion.

Poli Sci and Econ Major

Will be going to grad school for a Master of Public Service & Administration(A&M), or a Master of Public Affairs(UT). It depends on what grad school I go to, while slightly different they are pretty much the same thing.

After that I plan to work for ~4 years in Austin or DC. After that Ill go back and get a MBA and JD.

techincally I'm poli sci...but I'm just in my first year of JC, and the only class I'm taking towards that major is Int'l Relations. I'll probably be changing soon because I don't know what I would do with it besides law school...
