Anyone take vitamins daily?

You should go talk to a dietician to see if you actually need to take vitamins. If you're not deficient in anything, there's no reason to take them.

And also, if you do start taking them, make sure that you don't take any more than the recommended amount (usually 1 a day), because some vitamins become toxic in your system relatively easily.
 
I take these each day when I remember to:
Shaklee Multi-vitamin
Shaklee Vitamin-C
Shaklee Vitamin-E
Shaklee Vitamin-B
Shaklee Lecithin
Shaklee Anti-oxidants

I took GNC for awhile and didn't like it either. I particularly didn't like the slimy coating on the plastic pill. :Q Those plastic things are bad enough by themselves (like ephedra or fat burner ones), but I have no idea what in hell GNC puts on the outside of their multis. It's nasty.
 
i try to, but i forgot to today. 😱

take a multivitamin. also, if you don't drink a lot of milk, a calcium supplement would be good.
