Anyone still playing Madden 25?

I think the fancy dives were in the last Madden as well?

I don't recall them in 13 and they weren't in 25 on the 360. I scored damn near 55 TDs one season and dove on nearly every one.

The one tackling thing I hate is getting tackled from behind. They just dive from like 5 yards away and manage to trip you up every single time.

The defense on the next gen version is better. Still not perfect, but I don't have nearly the running success as before, despite having a better overall player.

Gotta hurdle those. =)

I play powerback and generally don't get much speed until I've played a few seasons (due to it being costly to upgrade), so I've learned to time my hurdles to dodge those. Doesn't normally matter though, as someone can usually run me down anyway.

When you primarily play a 240lb running back, you get good at learning to avoid tripping and such, because you aren't outrunning anyone.

Thank god for that. College football is terrible. I'd rather watch Arena football.
