They just sent me a bill charging me $80+ for the month of July and August. I started service in July and they sent me a bill at the end of the month JUST for installation and line charges. But now on the 2nd bill they are charging me for this month AND last month's DSL? WTF?
I mean, did I remember the promotion wrong or are they pulling a fast one on me? I'm gonna give em a call tomorrow (closed sundays) but does anyone remember the promotion?
