Anyone shop at Future Shop????

I am so pissed off at them right now, my first time ordering something off their website and they ship me the wrong bloody thing. I ordered Unreal Championship cause it was $49.99 canadian, and instead I was shipped xXx. So I called the people at futureshop and complained, they were like would you like us to ship you another one, we will refund what you got charged and sell it to you again, I was like you are going to charge me $74.99 for a game that I ordered for $49.99, I want the price that I ordered it at, and then the woman started saying stupid stuff, so I talked to her manager. Her manager tells me that they can honor the price, and that I can pick it up at the futureshop in Kelowna. So great, I said, now I have to waste $10 in gas to get a game. Then she had the nerve to say are you looking for free gas cause we can't give you that. I told her that no I was not, I was just pissed that I have to waste my time and money to go and get something that should have arrived yesterday, and should have been the right product. Sometimes people are so stupid grrrr

Yes, but not online. I have several FS's close to me and the B&M prices are always the same as online prices so I don't bother.

Sounds like Futureshop😛 Bought my first rig from them in 96. In 98 I think took them 4 mths to fix it right, good ole extended warranty. The joys of being a newbie. Recently ordered from them again, via the website couldn't cancel an order do to technical problems and by the time I was able to phone them it was "no longer possible", now I can drive across town to return it (or rma it) and still get to pay the shipping.

Other than those two times actually been pretty good.

Bought from them twice. Never got the thing I wanted, and had to dispute the charges to get my $$$ back.

Bought online with them and have had zero problems. However my dad got me Unreal Championship for christmas and it was on sale for $69.99 at the time. So I went in to get my $20 back cause it was on sale for $49.99. Overall the bitch that dealt with me treated me like I was asking her to do something illegal. In the end I got my $20 but I wasnt very pleased with how I was treated.
