Just bought a Wii off the forums today. Metroid Prime 3 coming in from Amazon whenever they ship. I have a bunch of Gamecube games as well - if anyone is bored with their system you can get TONS of GC games for dirt cheap.

Metroid Prime - $7

Metroid Prime 2 - $25

Zelda Wind Waker - $14

Eternal Darkness - $23

Super Monkey Ball 2 - $15

SSX Tricky - $7

F-Zero GX - $8

Rogue Squadron - $9

And those are just with a quick search on Amazon. I've seen many of those cheaper on the forums.

jesus. Monkey ball is players choice, so that's not a cheap game. Same with MP every GS has about 20 of them, so that's why it's so cheap. In fact I paid $5 for it a couple months back before the new hype.

I probably am going to sell mine soon actually after playing Metroid Prime 3 :(

(not that it's a bad game I just do not like the way it controls)

I've never been able to play with dual analogs. Unless Halo 3 can support a keyboard/mouse, I'm going to pass.

Curious to see how Metroid does with the Wiimote/Nunchuck.

Casio man...give it up already. Your massive bitching in this thread is useless.

I started playing MP3 yesterday and I am loving it so far. They did a really good job with the bosses and integrating some cool mini games into the game play. I will hold on to my Wii, thanks. SSB and Galaxy should be good too!

I traded an 80 gig Video Ipod for one right before Christmas, I thought my kids would love it. They were not interested and I didn't like it. Wii Sports is so gimmicky and shallow...I don't see what all the hype is. Well we got our boys DS's this year and now they want a Wii :| So it looks like I will be buying one.

I think you're going to have to define cheap for me then. A new game cost $50 so I'd say half of that is cheap.

And the funny part is that those prices are just what's on Amazon. Considering there are a few (thousand) other websites that you can buy used games from, finding one cheaper wouldn't be hard.

My point, overall, was that just because there aren't any Wii games that are of interest, there certainly are a few GC titles worthy of picking up.

No way, half isn't cheap by any means not for GC generation. Cheap for GC is considered

Under $7=cheap
$7-$15=medium
$15-$20= regular retail prices, or Players Choice.
over $20 is expensive for GC, unless it's a great game like Hulk Ultimate Destruction/ SSBM/Spartan Total Warrior or other rare games.

Hold on there buddy, put away your "Jump to Conclusions" mat. No one here is recommending you spend $25 on a used GC game. Think of us like your support group, your friends. We want to help you find cheap GC games. We recognize your name-calling is a request for help.

Now that everyone is calmed down. CasioTech, what game would you like? Maybe if you're a good boy, you might get a shiny (used) GC game in your stocking!

Fire Emblem and Mario Power Tennis are two games that are well worth spending > $25 on.
