I saw this mocked on all the late-night shows months ago. It has been somewhat viral since it first started airing.

It seems like they intentionally made the commercial to be as stupid as a cat food commercial could POSSIBLY be!

Pets are a HUGE industry in America. Like multi-billion huge.
Spoiling Americans with overpriced crap they dont need is not exclusive to humans. We are stuck so far up our own asses we need to take our pets with us. They get treated better than humans in other countries.
Yes, advertising for cat food is definitely worth the effort.

For me it is this obsession that people that hate the idea of people having pets and caring about them have for coming into threads about animals to tell us how wrong we are and how we are wasting money that could be spent on some other cause. I think I will go give my cats and dogs a treat and send off some money to help that poor cat with the nail in its head. Feel free to be pissed.

However, some people OBSESS over their animals and I think that's going overboard.
