Anyone seen the china dragon fossil?

No talk of wings anywhere in the article -- why would you think it has wings? Western dragon imagery has wings, AFAIK eastern imagery does not.

Anyway, it's certainly a hoax. The state of news in china today is akin to that in the US during the victorian age.
