Anyone seen short SATA cables about?

Title says it all really. I hate the 45cm ones I have at the mo, but I can't seem to find short cables in the usual e-tailers I frequent.

I'm from the UK, and I don't want to be paying for shipping from the US....

ta.

Usually cabling specs have minimum lengths as well as maximum lengths.. so there may be a certain point where IDE ceases to function.. I don't know exactly how short you CAN go however. But you may look at cutting one that you have and moving the connectors.. (The plastic connectors usually snap off) and can be put back on.

LOL, I just just gonna say, if you want extra short SATA and IDE cables, buy a SFF case, take short cables, return SFF case. But that would be wrong...

I was thinking the same thing. I used a 10" rounded IDE cable with my last hd. It was was the perfect length. When I upgraded to my 74gb Raptor, I had to use one of the 18" SATA cables that came with my mobo.

I want a 10" or 12" cable with a 90 degree connector like this: 18" SATA cable with Right Angle Connector

SVC has 10" SATA cables, but they only carry UV Reactive cables in that length. I don't want a UV Reactive cable.

FrozenCPU is so damn expensive compared to SVC. That memory labs yahoo store looks shaddy, and expensive. SVC kicks ass.
