Amused,

Thanks for the explanation. I also rarely watch the "extras" so I'll probably start buying more SB titles.

edit: there, broke it down for ya, including screen shots of the covers. enjoy! :D

edit: and yes, amused is right, there are no extra's on superbit, but the quality is higher. and usually i would pick up the superbit version, but because of the lacking bass track, i stayed with the 1st version i linked.

It's lacking bass on the DTS track only. It still has a DD5.1 track that is the same as the other one.

good point. so, it all really boils down if he wants the extra's or not. of course, without clicking my own links, i didnt even realize that the superbit version was cheaper. was expecting it to cost more. so yeah, im with amused on this one, pull the trigger on the superbit.

thanks guys, I spent the whole day searching Bloomington, Indiana for this movie :) Went to every place that sells DVDs that I could think of and finally found the Superbit at Best Buy. Everywhere else had the regular "The Professional" but I wanted to see the whole movie and not a hacked up version of it.

BTW I also just watched it, amazing movie. Thanks for all the good reviews, I'm really glad I decided to buy this :)
