Anyone seen "Finding Forrester"?

I must say this is the best film I've seen this year. It's a story about an unusual friendship between a 16 year kid with many talents and an eccentric old writer, played by Sean Connery. It makes you think in a *proper* way, without any pathos. It's also backed up with a nice jazzy soundtrack.

Hmm, I think I'll rent it and see if it's worth a DVD purchase.. I was interested in this but never saw it in the theaters.

I saw it, and rather liked it. Not one of my favorite movies, but you have to give em credit for making a movie about the most boring subject and making it well.

I still say this to my friends all the time. I think it's hilarious. I just picture Sean Connery with his pants sagging and a big chain around his neck saying that.

A truly excellent movie! 😀

Connery is great, and Rob Brown (the kid) has a good future. :0 🙂
