I went to see the 12:10am showing last night, there were only about 25 people in the theater. Pretty funny, but the plot was lacking even moreso than the original. They seemed to be relying heavily on sex/dick jokes and general vulgarities. I enjoy such jokes, but you can tell when the writers are leaning to heavily on the swearing and whatnot to carry the movie.
 
I would not go out of my way to recommend it, but I did laugh at a few things. It did lack in the overall storyline. It was no "dumb and dumber" where the plot was pretty clear, he was bringing that briefcase back with hopes of being with Lauren (Mmmmmmm....)
