Anyone screw up a processor and get it exchanged by new egg?

i was just wondering this since i think i may have fried my processor and got my RMA accepted by New Egg, i doubt they'll give me a new one, but hey, it's worth a try...anyone else had this happen to them...what wuz the outcome?
