Anyone running BeOS?

I installed BeOS awhile back, and it wouldn`t work with my network card (Netgear), so I gave up on it for the time being.

Now I see that there is a 7MB update, which I downloaded, but the instructions on the website don`t seem to work out.

Anyone have any tips on how to install this update? I downloaded it, unzipped to the root of the drive that I have BeOS on, then the update file shows up as an unknown file type with no extension.

Update:

Additionally, I have a DSL connection that requires PPoE authentication, will I be able to use my net connection in BeOS, then?

Thanks...

You *should* be able to still run that file. If not, open up your download (Zip?) and see if BeOS will run it from there.
