Anyone running 2x 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3 in RAID 0?

For a future build I'm debating on 2x 640GB WD Caviar Black in RAID 0 vs. 2x 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3 in RAID 0. It's not so much the space that concerns me but rather the performance of the drives themselves.

The Spinpoints are about $15.00 more each, but that's not a real concern either.
 
In theory, the platter density of the 2x500GB platters vs the 2x320gb platters should be better. Whether or not you'll be able to notice this in a desktop environment is debatable.

I'm sure you'd be happy with either setup.

On a side note I just bought a 500gb f3 🙂
