Anyone RMA'd items to NewEgg recently?

Has anyone RMA'd any hardware items to NewEgg?

I need to RMA an Abit motherboard, and just noticed that the RMA email states "Return Shipping Method: FedEx Express Saver". Do they want packages sent back to them via Fedex? Or is that in reference to when they return the repaired/replaced item to me? I couldn't find anything on their web site about this, so I'm assuming the latter... but would appreciate it if anyone who has done this recently could comment.

Thanks!

That refers to the method of their return. You can ship it to them however you want, as long as it gets there the same way you sent it.

Well I just RMA'd a ECS mobo, and I shipped it to them through UPS 2nd day air with no problem. If you read the faq on their site, it says that you can ship a product back through any shipping company as long as they will provide insurance for that product. My guess about the Return shipping method is that is how they are going to ship you the new mobo back.

yeah shipped an Asus P4B266-C back to them UPS ground... it's still on the way back to them, currently on its way to san gabriel.

assume thats the way they ship back as they use FEDEX almost exclusively...

Great! That's what I thought, but it's nice to have some confirmation. And I can ship via USPS Priority or 2-day, which is vastly more convenient for me. Thanks all...
