Anyone remember the wrestler - The Mighty Igor

Back in the 70's there was a wrestler named "The Mighty Igor". His trademark was a sausage and he would share it with the fans. Sometimes he would assualt opponents with it as well.

He was well known for his feats of strength. I wonder what happened to him.

Yeah, I remember the Mighty Igor from back in the 60's. The days of Dick the Bruiser, the Crusher, Mad Dog Vachon, Verne Gagne, Ernie Ladd, Lord Layton, Gorilla Monsoon, Killer Kowalski, Bruno Sammartino, Bobo Brazil, Haystacks Calhoun, the Sheik, so many others. Those were the great days of wrestling; course I was just a kid so maybe they just seemed great at the time but I still think the show was better back in those days.

yeah, his name was Irwin R. Shyster. I never knew what the middle initial stood for.

nWo for life....wait it doesnt exist anymore ;) Wrestiling got so predictable these last 3 years. I havent watched since.

Can't say that I remember the Mighty Igor but I do agree that those were the golden days of wrestling :D

ps. Wasn't IRS really Mike Rotundo???

Yep, Mike Rotundo played IRS, he also played Captain Mike and Michael Wallstreet in WCW.
