It ended in 1998 I believe. That was the best show I have ever seen about new technologies and what not. I guess the year 2000 was about to come, so they decided to end it.

Yup... too bad they half the stuff they talked about is still a bunch of pipedreams. Superconductors and levitating trains are still impractical as ever.

Yeah, they had a lot of cool shows back in the day. I remember that Soledad O'Brien used to be on one of them. She later went on to NBC and is now on CNN

Isn't Wings now called "Flightpath"?

i think that's the travel channel's version...and it looks like it's a whole new series

I get "Flightpath" on Discovery over here. Its mostly about older planes and their pilots.

I used to love it when Wings would do the stuff on the X-Planes. Major coolness :D

Yep, they had chocolate that wouldn't melt, a Porsche 911 that was invisible to radar...so many cool things.

Edit: I used to watch Brute Force on A&E hosted by George C. Scott...

Yeah that tech show on MSNBC, The Site. She is so cute! It used to come at 12:00 AM and I would stay awake to watch it.
