Anyone remember the link to the website with the most useless X-men style mutant powers?

It worked on the premise that not every genetic mutation resulted in a superhero-worthy ability... it had a funny name and posed grey silhouette figure for each one... any link to it? I can't find it...

i believe one of them was able to time travel to the same day in 1979 at will.... Another could make everyone within a given radius feel really creeped out and uncomfortable (which does also sound like some of ATOT )...
