The condo's were only a one-time payday, you had to go for the offices once you got enough money so you'd actually have a stable income. Once those were succesful, the hotel rooms, then hotel suites were next.
I just remembered not being able to build enough elevators. I had the 100 story high buildings, with the maximim width, and hundreds or thousands of parking spaces. All the people turned red and got mad around 5pm rush hour and there was no way around it.
SimFarm was a blast as well. Loved flying the crop duster, managing equipment, building roads, irragation set-up's, ect.
SimAnt was fun for awhile, but ultimately way to easy to win once you gained a few patches of the yard. You could just let the red ants drive out the humans, and then let the computer black ants take over the yard. Some classic battles though, and it was neat to see an ant go "beserk" for not feeding it.
