Anyone remember back when...

MTV used to play alot more videos than they do now and they used to have those little things between videos right before the commercial breaks that ended up with the MTV logo being on the screen? I remember one where a car with a TV (in actual letters) on it's hood finds an M on a wall, (if that makes sense at all.) Making an MTV logo.

For some odd reason it just popped into my head, but I can't think of any others... Anyone remember those?

yeah.. that was a long time ago. and yes i remember those things you are talking about. i think they still show them some times.. just not often, and at wierd hours of the night. like 4am when they actually still play music

i didn't have cable back when it started, used to watch friday night videos on the broadcast network station to see music videos

Yeah I remember those. Those were the days... I thought I saw MTV playing videos during the day one time while I was flipping channels... but then I looked and I was on VH1.

Nah. I had it on Digital Cable.

That show was AMAZING. I don't think they can come close to duplicating that show even if they tried, so spontaneous.

man I wished I had MTV2. Our cable company puts that channel with a couple other sucky VH1 channels and calls it their music pak.

its like 7 extra a month... They should git rid of our 200 sports/garden channels and give me MTV2!

Also our cable company doesn't offer comedy central at all.



I hate Adelphia Digital Cable...
