If I purchased something at BB within the last 30 days and the price has dropped can I get the price adjusted?
I couldn't find much on theor website and the local store is closed today.

i think they do have a price adjustment policy, but i dunno about the period (30 days? i would guess shorter).

Hmm...well if anything if the return policy is 30 days you can just return the product and buy it again for the cheaper price.

I believe they do. I bought a cable modem there and the price dropped $50 within 30 days of my purchase. I brought back the recipt and they refunded me the difference.

Yeah, heres what you need to do. go there with the item and the original box just in case. Bring the receipt into the store and try to get the refund, if they give you any sh!t then go to your car and get your stuff out; return it; and then re-buy it.

Local store is closed today.
I'll call to make certain tomorrow.

Just thought maybe an employee or something could be lurking and give a difinate answer.

It depends on the product. All products have at least a 14 day price guarantee, but a majority of the products have a 30 day price guarantee.

hmm... is it illegal to lie when returning an item? Like say u bought a piece of hardware to test it out but decided you didn't like it. If you told them that it didn't work with your computer, is that illegal or just unethical or since best buy sucks so much, none of the above!

Definitely unethical and possibly illegal since they do take a loss on the returned item.
