Anyone read Japanese here? Looking for some help...

I'm looking for someone who can read Japanese and translate some text on these pictures I took from this book I have.

The first one should be pretty straight forward and is below.

The text that I'm looking for translated is in the red box there.

The second image is a little more complex. I have put big red blocks around the areas I'm looking for translation and numbered them so that if you can translate, you can just say "1 from top to bottom" or something like that. I know in the 1 box that the P on the end is just a P and nothing more, but before that is Japanese.

Then in some of the other columns there are duplicates and obviously I don't need those translated, but if there is some way that you can let me know the order which you translate them that would be awesome.

I can't read Japanese but that 2nd image is a little blurry. Might help to break it down into more pictures for the higher res!

yea my normal camera broke so i had to use phone, it wasn't the best lightning either.

if someone needs it cleared up a bit i can definitely take closer pics. i just tried to get it all onto 1 image.

i will check it out when I get home, but the information may not be the same in the actual table ... the pic i have is for SFF4:AE not SSF4, and some minor changes were made. i will compare them when i get the chance though ... thanks.

after a quick glance however from my image i took and that page, it does look like you are correct and that the actual tables line up perfectly 🙂
