Anyone else into cbrs? I love the format, especially on a lan\ptop. Instead of lugging 40 or 50 books around I can just copy them to my hard drive or either on a USB card and read them when I have to fly or take a train. It's even cool on my HTPC, nothing better than reading Ultimate Spiderman or 100 Bullets on a 50" screen.

What I'd like to do next though is find an electronic book reader, I like to read in bed before going to sleep and a laptop is a little too bulky to deal with all the time. Anyone know of a decent book reader or something similar?

The have the entire Spider-man, Superman, and Iron Man collections in my HDD with cbr format. I just use the default program (comic book reader) to read it page by page. I can transfer the cbr files to my PDA/flash memory to read them somewhere else if necessary. Been reading and collection early 70's, so reading them in this format is a godsend.

honestly I could'nt tell you about the legality aspect, but I like the idea of having duplicates of my physical books on PC. I literally have so many comics I'm running out of space for them, I think I currently have about 8-10 long boxes and another 10-15 shorts. I know eventually I'll need to sell them just to reclaim space again but right now I can't part with them. But getting back to the legal aspect, I don't think its an issue to own cbrs if you have the physical book, but don't quote me on that.
