Anyone put two 92mm fans in an Enlight 7237?

I've currently got two 80mm fans in my Enlight 7237, the noise is alright, but the cooling could definitely be better.

I've decided to cut up my case and slap in 92mm Panaflo's in place of the intake and exhaust 80mm holes. I'm also going to enlarge the holes on the front bezel further(they've already been enlarged somewhat). I also figured it'd be best to quiet stuff down in there since I leave my computer on 24/7, so I'm going to mount my fans on rubber gromets and then insulate the case with 3/8" thick carpet padding in an effort to cut down on vibration and noise.

What I want to know is, has anybody gone down this path before? Any problems I should be aware of? It appears that I should be able to cut through the metal with a Dremel tool, but I might go with a holesaw. Which one would you guys recommend?

I'm open to advice...

I have a 92mm fan in the front of my 7237 and moved the 80mm fan to the back. Make sure you get that POS plastic guard thingy out of the front intake. I didn't cut or mod my case in any way to get the 92mm to fit. Just anchored it with 3 screws instead of 4. I could drill a hole for the other one but I'm lazy what can I say?

Uh, I don't think a hole saw will work, since there is probably nothing for the center arbor to grab hold of. I don't think enlarging the hole much is necessary either, especially beyond the scope of a dremel. Enlarge the bezel holes to 3/8" or 1/4" if you don't think it will look too bad.

Turn the bezel over, and look at the front retention clip from the top of the bezel. That bit of plastic between the actual clip and the vent holes can be cut away (leaving the clip intact), and add about as much airflow, if not more, than the front bezel holes.

It can be done with a dremel, I did it on mine. However, I only have 1 92mm fan in there.

I mounted 2 120mm fans on the side. Looks real nice, its quiet, and cooling is spectacular.
