Anyone playing FFCC:MLAAD ?

So, is anyone playing Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord ?

I'm a sucker for tower defense type games, especially ones that throw a twist on it (like Plants vs Zombies) and this one seemed interesting so it was my first Wii Ware purchase

Turns out I suck pretty bad at it after beating Chime. Are you supposed to go back and beat ones you've already beat over and over and over and over and over and over and over in order to level up your minions? If so, bleah...

Specifically the tower where the gladiators come in, I can't kill them even with having 10 floors. Mu seems pretty worthless, so I stick with the goblins and scorpions. Hard to beat the melee characters without having a magic character yet 🙁

ugh...anyone else sick of seeing tower defense games? someone has an idea that does well and then everyone has to copy it to death.

they aren't even that fun to begin with...

They began as a minigame of sorts in the form of Starcraft/Warcraft maps and for what they were (just a fun map to blow off some steam after playing wc/sc) they were great but as standalone games they kind of suck.
