Anyone play on Pokerstars? Having cashout problems...

Been playing on Pokerstars for about a month now and have won a small amount of $.

I did one eCheck cashout and they say it takes up to 10 business days for it to appear on your bank account. Well, I did the echeck request on 12/06 and it still hasn't shown up.

I have had numerous emails w/ PS and they keep giving me the same run around: "we'll look into it".

They do not have a phone # listed for me to call otehrwise I'd be talkign w/ a person.

So just wondering if anyone else plays on Pokerstars and whether or not you have had delays/problems w/ cashing out via echeck.

I should mention I also had some physical checks sent to me and those came in like 1 week.

So why didnt you just get a check sent to you?😕

I always use paper checks, just got my latest one today.

I tried their echeck first.

My 2nd cashout was via physical check which I will be doing more since it seems pretty fast.

So it seems you didn't read my OP as your threads posted have nothing to do w/ my question.
 
Lol, everyone called me sooo stupid in the last thread but I'll help you anyway.

eCheck isn't reliable for everyone. Either do paper check or move to another service that can get you your money out quicker using a "nominal" fee.

Yeah, like i said, I got physical checks after I tried echeck and it got here really fast. I'll stick to those.
