Anyone play anarchy online?

Just wandering, i played it when it first came out and then quit and was thinking of giving it another try now, how's it play now if anyone still trys it out?

One of my friends has tried to get me to switch from Diablo2 to AO, but I don't like the idea of paying $12/month for a game.

I played it when it first came out and was completely disgusted with the lag. I quit after about 3 months. My roomate still plays and he says it's gotten better, but I think I'm about done with the MMORPG genre for a while. I'll wait for the next-gen games, or maybe the generation after that. One thing though is that I will have a lot to choose from when I decide to get back into them.
