Anyone pick up Overlord yet?

Thinking about picking it up soon. Looks and sounds different. What's the take on this game?

The general take is that it's a cross between Pikmin and Dungeon Keeper with a wicked sense of humor. Like nycxandy said though, try the demo. There's one for both the PC and 360.

I found it fun...but I don't think I'd spend $60 on it. Definitely try the demo...should give you a good idea about the game (I've only played the demo).

i've played the PC version. Its really fun for the 1st hour or 2 but then it just seems like you're doing the same exact thing over and over again. i haven't really played it much since the 1st few days i got it.

I rented it through gamefly. It was fun, but it eventually starts to get frustrating. You have to decide which color demons to take with you because each do different things. I ended up having to do a lot of running around and I got tired of it.

It's a decent game, but a rental only IMO.

Yeah I got tired of it as well after 2 hours.

A good rental. Not that great of a purchase.
