Yeap got one for a gift for being BestMan at a wedding. Its sterling silver with a leather wrap with my name ingraved on it.
 
Yes, 2 actually.
Both have whiskey in them. One is oval shaped, the other is two tubes banded together. One tube is the flask, the other is a cigar holder with a Cohiba in it.
 
Just buy a flask of whatever booze you like. I know many brandies & vodkas come in flask shaped plastic bottles.

If I were you, I wouldn't put anything expensive in there if it's a metal flask. It tends to ruin the flavor.
