Yes, I was called into HR once for putting "swine flu brought by Jose" on a Mexican-themed pot-luck list posted in the hallway during that scare.
 
I'm an HR and Legal systems person, no claim to know employment law but I do get to hear a lot of stories, advice, have to build systems that adhere to policy/legal procedures, and have done a fair amount of reading on the topic. What's up?
