Anyone order from Office Depot and get an unsealed package?

I ordered 2 toners for my printer, and when i got home the package was in the door. It wasnt taped or anything. It was the two toners in one of those boxes that has the flaps that lock into the middle of the top of the box. No packing slip no nothing. Just a shipping label on the side and the toners in the box. Anyone at the PO couldve opened the box and taken anything out, like the packing slip.

Anyone ever get this before?

I get this all time from OD but where I live but they deliver the packages themselves. Perhaps you live in an area where they do in-house deliveries as well? The drivers are OD employees, so I doubt they would steal.
