The games would obviously be all scratched. I always get my used games from trading online, or by using those 20-25%off coupons at ebgames.com. Their used games(current gen) always come in pretty good shape & with the original packaging & manuals. One game was missing a guide, I called the up, they sent out a pre payed mailer for it, & I got it replaced in a week.

I'm not into much xbox, but considering the original halo was full price/barely discounted for what seems like forever, it probably wouldn't hurt to buy it sooner, rather than later. I'm not going to recommend where though. Buying used now, probably would mean you could get a decent condition game almost anywhere.

I got 2 weeks free gamefly service when I bought Halo2. I had them send out 2 games which arrived quickly. A few days later sent em back and they got them the next day (apparently they're very close by). I cancelled the service before I had to pay, overall they seemed like a good company.

Were the games in good condition?
