Don't mean to thread crap but please realize they are all a rip off, in their own favour unless its regulated by some organization which is less than likely since most of them are located off-shore to circumvent laws and taxes and your money is better spent on hookers and coke 😉
 
Well, they're not all scams. The online poker rooms are certainly legit, as you're not playing against the bank, you're playing other people.

But Paypal won't work with any of them

Upgrade your paypal account and get the Paypal Debit card. Then who the fvck cares if it's against Paypal's TOS.
 
Did you know that you could fund your party poker or empire poker account with paypal?

Well you could, just follow these easy steps.

1. Go to the deposit option page.

2. Go down to the Global connect card option. (It is on top of the western union option)

3. It should say click here to purchase a Global Connect Card. (Click on the click here)

4. Click on the paypal option and press continue.

5. Choose the amount you want to add to your party poker or empire poker account and add it to your cart.

(Distribution Fee: $2.76 USD)
Price: $100.00 USD

6. After you have chosen how much you would like. Click continue. Then you will see this paypal icon click on it.

This option is good for those people that have had their credit card denied from poker sites. Paypal does not deny credit cards unless they are expired or stolen.
