Anyone on Ritalin?

Ritalin is basically a refined/stronger version caffeine without the jittery side effects.

I take a relatively small amount each day and that's about what it is for me...like caffeine but enables a smarter focus than caffeine.

It doesn't increase sex drive but does sometimes give a nervous adrenaline feeling if I take it on an empty stomach. No big deal, its been a life changer for me so occassional side effects are totally insignificant compared to the benefits.

Refine some more and you've essentially got adderall. Further refine for speed.

They're all stimulants, which are also diuretics IIRC. The urge to urinate is totally normal. Nervousness/stomach pains might be related to your dosage/adjustment to ritalin. What is your dosage?

Ritalin is chemically no different than cocaine.

I was on Strattera (also diagnosed as an adult, when I was 24) but recently stopped taking it.
