I'm getting mine sometime today. My package left the fedex ramp in town this morning, so I'm expecting it...anytime soon actually. When I get it, I'll put it in immediately and see what sort of things it can do. I think I'll make a thread for anyone who gets one to post their results in, and to keep links of where to purchase updated. It will be a lot cleaner than that "OMG WTF?!?!?! LOOK" thread.

i got mine yesterday.

it is running 2.5 ghz right now (10 x 250).

i'll keep it here for a few days before i go for the gold.

i think my prommy kit should be here by then so i can push this thing to 2.9 to 3.0 hopefully.

This chip is amazing. I am sitting here typing this @ 2886MHz 222FSB*13mult 2.1vCore.
That is close to a 4GHz P4 which doesn't exist yet.
You can't go wrong with a CPU that gives you over 1GHz overclock! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to overclock.

This is a review from the 2400+ on newegg. Pretty high on the voltage, but sweet max OC. The guy is right when he says you can't go wrong with a CPU that can go 1ghz over it's rating. Insane.

i have a question though...with a base Vcore of 1.35, will it/does it seem to have any problem running at 2V+? what are the temps like at the voltage?

I was just wondering how far the Athlon XP-M 2600+ overclocks. Right now I have an Atlon Xp 2400+ oc'ed to 2.5GHz (12.5x200 fsb). Is it worth it for me to get the Arhlon XP-M 2600+? Thanks.:beer:
