I knew it would go sub 3 again and said as much in the thread about it in OT but $2 was definitely iffy and it did seem unlikely.

i have to admit, i didn't really see gas dropping off quite this much, at the time i was betting that gas would be sub $2.5 at Christmas, but the thought of gas prices approaching $1 a gallon is retarded, and in some markets gas is getting that cheap.
