anyone live in one state and work in another?

So my gf is contemplating a job offer in NJ. She lives in PA. Will she get double tax for living in another state but then she works in another state?

I live in NY and work in NJ. I paid NJ income tax, but the money I paid to NJ was deducted from my NY income tax. I'd imagine your girlfriend could deduct her NJ taxes from her PA taxes. Consult your state tax forms and instructions.
