Anyone live in Charlotte, NC

What are the prime zip codes to live in. I'm browsing www.Homes.com and I've found that Huntersville looks the most promising. We want a neighborhood where kids can actually go out and play some hockey in the street etc. All the houses here in Florida are 5 feet from their neighbors so 20+ feet away from neighbors would be ideal. Toss me some info

I don't know of any "prime" zip codes, but 28262 is the University Area off Tryon St. Not really the type of neighborhood you're looking for. Ryland homes has a website of housing devolpments. They don't have much pre-built inventory and they all use home owners associations, but the neighborhoods seem fairly safe and you get to share access with a neighborhood swimming pool.
