Hi guys, back from a small holiday(pics later). I know you all missed me. 
I just got the new debut album by New York band The Strokes called Is This It. IMO I think it is! It's very good and there's never a dull moment on it. All the songs are short and sweet. It will be out in the US in a week or so so you'll have to wait a little if you live there.
And I saw a flic called Mullet, a small budget Australian film. It probably isn't released outside of Australia but I thought I'd let you know anyway.
As a side note, I saw Pearl Harbor during my hols. Cost me AU$7(US$3.50). For that price I pursuaded myself to go see it, and besides, it was being shown at my favourite picture hall. Yes, it is a hall. Timber everything with deck chairs. Bring your own pillow and blanket. Very nice.
Anyway, you'll probably only know about The Strokes, they're getting good reviews all over the world and I can understand why. Do you like 'em?
