Well Anita Baker is my fav singer. I dont think you will find many fans of her in this forum though, but she is great. Its too bad she doesnt make music anymore.

I was just thinking about her yesterday. Got two of her cd's. Saw her perform at the

Greek Theater in LA many years ago. Not the least bit phony, seemed to put her true self out there. Real SOUL.
A little darker and a little heavier featured, there is a woman that lives in my codo complex that could pass for Anita's kin. We talk once and awhile but I make her uncomfortable, she is just too easy on the eyes. No I would not, I got a gal.

when, i havent heard anything, i thought she got out of the music game, i love her, shes the reason i was so into Toni Braxton
circa 7 whole days, breathe again etc.

Well she got out of music after her miscarige of her first child. however she is still have record company issues I have heard on www.24-7soul.com that she had finished her new album. Plus she has been performing live alot lately.
