Anyone know where in Austin the HEB is?

They are all over the place. Where are you near? Campus? There's on in the Hancock center, I35 and 38th st.

Umm, they are all over Austin. I live near campus, and the one I go to is on Red River and 41st.

I think there are 28 HEBs in the Austin area. I know there are 3 in a 5 mile raduis where I live.

"The" HEB is the Hancock store, which is the busiest of all 230+ stores. Red River and 41st.

HEB at Lamar and Rundberg is closest for me. Kinda trashy there though.

The checkers at HEB are told to put the date of birth in as all ones if the person is old enough (so they dont have to type in the actual date, which takes time). So you often see 11-11-11 as the DOB.
