Anyone know where I can get some keyboard screws for my MS keyboard?

I was cleaning out my keyboard and somehow lost one of the screws. Please lmk if you have any idea where I can get a couple of them for spares. TIA

It's not like it'll hurt anything missing one screw. Just leave it.

Take another one out, go to a hardware store, and find one that matches.
