How do you figure? The legs are way to short to be a recluse, and the color is too dark.

How do you figure? The legs are way to short to be a recluse, and the color is too dark.

Im with you, just look at the pics closely and you can tell that they are two different spiders.

Put the pictures (from OP and ohio link) side by side. Legs are the same....color is fine--difference in photograhy....

um no. look at the head. Completely different. The shape of it's thorax (is that what it is? lol) is completely different. The color is lighter on the recluse, obviously.

They look nothing alike IMO.
