This has been there for a while, but it's become slightly larger in the last week or so. It's firm but not painful, and doesn't cause me any irritation. It's on the inside of my upper leg. It's about half the size of a pea, maybe slightly bigger.

Any ideas folks? I'm understandably a bit concerned. I will go and see the doctor, but should I be worrying about it?
it's a vagabond nipple

Seroiusly guys. I had a lump and it was very serious. I thank God to be alive today. More than likely it's nothing bad, but in my case it was a sarcoma tumor. PLease go to the doctor, and have this checked out.

I'm not sure what it is in English, but it's like a pimple or a zit with a hard deformation inside. Popping it won't work, just cut it open, or pry out the thingie inside with a needle or something.

Also, these things bleed. A lot. A long time. It'd be wise to burn it shut when opened 😉. (I didn't do this when I had one, hence a big stain of blood on my (favourite) white shirt.)

a Cyst?

I believe he was going for wart.

don't listen any:1 who's given conclusions in this thread. they are not your doctor, and clearly have not even diagnosed you properly. I don' recommend you post such a topic in off topic, you'll probably just be met by a bunch of stupid posters.

go see a doctor and don't be afraid of anythinig.

a study report showed that those who thought about getting cancer in their 40's and feared it, were more likely to get cancer later in their adulthood. rest assured that you're not going to have anything that anyone posted here until it is confirmed by medical professionals.

Have you been chafing lately? Maybe came home soggy after a long game of football & fell asleep before changing? All that humidity gets irritating if you don't powder up beforehand, or are wearing boxers or briefs.

I think its a spider that has burrowed into teh skin and laid some eggs in there. You're gonna have a family....congrats! 😉
